Oral Biotic
A powder taken directly on the tongue rather than swallowed with water, so the strains stay in the mouth. Sweetened with xylitol, which does not ferment to acid the way sugar does.

Why take it without water?
The powder is meant to dissolve in the mouth so the strains stay in the oral cavity rather than being washed straight down.
When should I take it?
Once daily. Many people use it after brushing at night, but no particular time is required.
Does it replace brushing?
No. It is a food supplement and is not a substitute for brushing, flossing or dental care.
Do the strains survive to reach the gut?
Strain counts are declared at the stated CFU per dose. We do not make survival or colonisation claims beyond what the declaration states.
Can I take it alongside medication?
Check with your doctor or pharmacist first. The same applies if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have an existing medical condition.
